Biography
Rastko Popović graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, and following his internship at the Commercial Court in Novi Sad, he started practicing law with the Popović family law office. Since 2008, he has been working with the Bajić & Popović Law Office, as one of the founders. From the beginning of his legal practice, he opted for commercial law, and over the years he has gained significant experience and specialist knowledge in this area, particularly in the segment of corporate and commercial law.
During his career, he has participated in numerous projects for the realization of foreign greenfield and brownfield investments, investments through acquisition and privatization of domestic legal entities, as well as investment projects of domestic legal entities that are implemented abroad.
Within the Bajić & Popović Law Office, Rastko manages the Legal Services Department for providing legal assistance to subsidiaries of international companies and funds in their day-to-day operations.
Member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina since 2005. He is a fluent speaker of English language.
